The objectives of our program are prevention of ACL tears, reduction of other lower extremity injuries– including overuse syndromes– and enhancement of athletic performance in all athletes.

We believe the core is the key to injury prevention and that ACL injury rates can be reduced even further with proper core stability training. While our program targets the more injury prone female athlete, we trust our program similarly applies to male athletes.

Prevention of ACL tears eliminates the need for surgical reconstruction, the risk of secondary knee joint problems, a full season lost from competition, a potential loss of scholarship funding and the potential deleterious effects on an athlete's athletic performance.
