Corey Eaton Program Director Dallas Orthopedic Center		Core Eaton, MEd, ATC, LAT, CSCS Program Director Corey Eaton, a 1993 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, received his Masters degree in kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin University in 1995. A Texas State Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) since 1994, Eaton earned his National Board Certification in Athletic Training (ATC) in 1998. He is also a board certified strength and conditioning specialist. With his dual credentialing, Eaton has worked with active and injured athletes of all levels– professional, collegiate and high school– throughout his career. Highly experienced, he has served as an athletic trainer with DISD since 2000 and has treated athletes from 24 high schools. His care has included not only sports conditioning and injury prevention, but also evaluation, initial treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
